Teams and roles
Create a team, invite members by GitHub login, share projects, and understand what owners, admins, members and viewers can do.
Teams are available on Business (up to 5 seats) and Enterprise (seats by contract). Each account belongs to at most one team.
Create a team and invite
- Open Enterprise → Members (https://enterprise.brunel.cloud/team) and create the team. You become its owner.
- Invite people by GitHub login, one by one or in bulk. Each invitation is a link; it can be revoked until it is used.
- The invited person signs in with that GitHub account and accepts. Someone already in another team must leave it first.

The owner's role cannot be changed by others; only the owner changes an admin. Ownership moves with Transfer ownership, which needs a recent sign-in.
Sharing projects
A member shares a project with the team from the project's menu. Members, admins and the owner can then work in it; viewers read it. Deleting a project or changing its share settings stays with its creator.
Enterprise controls
On Enterprise, the owner and admins also get:
- Restricted access: GitHub organization, IP allowlist, session length, sign everyone out.
- Single sign-on with your identity provider.
- Brunel Access: your own sign-in page and policies in front of the workspace.
- The audit log, with export.
- Company verification and a public profile.
- Your own AI provider for the whole team.
